Positive: I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Brienzersee. The location is truly exceptional, with a breathtaking view of Lake Brienz that made the whole experience feel magical. The cleanliness was outstanding, and everything was maintained to a very high standard. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They kindly assisted me in changing my room to one with a stunning lake view, which I truly appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and quality. The hotel is also conveniently located near Interlaken station and close to many activities and attractions. It honestly felt like staying in a 5-star hotel. The presence of air conditioning was also a big plus, especially for comfort. Above all, the warm and professional hospitality of the hotel owners made a lasting impression. I will definitely be coming back again and again.
Summary: A truly exceptional stay with stunning views, outstanding staff, and a memorable experience.
